Construction Projects - Avoiding Problems and Cleaning up Messes
As property investors, many of us have tackled significant renovation projects, or will do at some point in the future. The idea is often tempting, and the rewards usually look good - otherwise we don't generally bother. But, as lots of us know only too well, the plan can certainly go badly wrong, leaving us cursing the day we decided to do the project. The questions therefore are "how do we avoid making big blunders" and "what can we do if it all goes bad?"
