Sunvi Ahsan - Inspirational, Ethical Property Investor
After arriving in New Zealand at the age of 16 from Bangladesh with his family back in 1999, Sunvi attended school and went on to graduate as Mechatronics Engineer from University.
10 years in to his professional career working for a variety of companies, Sunvi decided to become a full-time property investor.
Purchasing his first house in 2006 and his first investment property in 2008, Sunvi's strategy has always included multi income homes because of the higher yield. He has partnered with 2 other investors in order to renovate and trade as well as starting some small scale developments.
Sunvi's other passion? Charity work. And property development and investment is a means to an end for him, with charitable work ultimately being the winner.
Sunvi has shared his story with other Property Investor Associations around New Zealand and has also featured in the NZ Property Investors Magazine in 2015.
His philosophy in life is that we all need to understand our purpose and what makes us really happy in life. While money makes life easier, it should not be our end goal, but rather develop those positive human attributes that make for better people and a better society.
He doesn't consider himself a sales person but wishes to share his experiences in order to help others. He is very active in the Auckland market and wants to help people avoid making mistakes. His focus covers all aspects of property investment (buy and hold, renovation, trade and development) and will be useful for new as well as more experienced investors.
