Capital Property Investor Association PIPs

Property Investor Points

PIPs is the acronym for Capital PIA’s “Property Investor Points” and you accumulate these points simply by taking part in any one of a number of Capital PIA activities. Join Capital PIA or pay your renewal on time and you have gained your first 100 points; every activity where we record your attendance or contribution, we will add more to these. At the end of the year we will randomly pick a number and if it is found in your bundle of points you will be the winner if you are there at the draw. The more points you have the more chances you have at taking away the spoils, however because the draw is completely random & independent every point has a chance..

New Member Referal PIPs Claim Form

To claim 500 PIPs for referring a new member to Capital Property Investors Association, use the following form to notify the Capital Admin Office of your referal of the new member named below. In addition it is requiested that the referred member confirms that you referred them joining the Association; this can be appended to the membership application or on an email to the Association from the referred member.

On submitting this referal form, an email will be sent to our Admin Office and it's sent date will be the decider in the event another member has also refers the same person; the earliest timestamped email rules! Your claim will be valid for two months after this date so it is in your interest to ensure that the prospect member has filled out and submitted an Association joining form and sent it to the Association's office.
