Although it is still property investment, the leap from residential to commercial property investment can easily seem to be fraught with danger and risk; the numbers are much bigger and the consequence of failure therefore much more painful. But many who have successfully made the leap from residential to commercial, swear they would never go back.

At our next meeting, we hear Phil Hinton from KCL Property talk about commercial property investment and how to get into this potentially lucrative game, without taking on the same level of risk or requiring the expertise that we often assume goes hand in hand with this bigger investment game.

Another Residential Landlords Workshop has recently completed. The workshop, ran over two successive Saturday afternoons atternded by landlords and property managers with a range of experiances. The workshop being interactive, allows attendees to reflect their experiances to the group, whilst covering the syllabus of the workshop.
