Our first meeting for the 2010 year will again be held on at our comfy Spectrum Theatre venue. Our first guest speaker will be Liz Harris, a much understated landlord of some 700 properties. Set the date in your diary and come and join us for a great evening..

Practical Landlord Workshop February 15th 2010
The next Practical Landlord Workshop to be run is scheduled to be held over the four consecutive Mondays starting February 15th 2010. The workshop is about delivering best practice administrative principles of being a Residential Landlord. The course will be formally structured and be covering of all facets of being a responsible landlord from pre-letting through to the eventual termination of the tenancy.
